Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within the timescales shown on the relevant product page.
 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
 

Products remain our property until payment has been received in full.
 

Deliveries containing bladed products legally require:

  • Age verification at checkout - Your order won't be posted until this has been received.

  • Proof of identity & Adult signature upon delivery
     

We reserve the right to refuse shipment where legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

We accept the following forms of ID;
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- Firearms Certificate or Shotgun Certificate

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via sales@nineedgescountry.co.uk or WhatsApp 07716779079 quoting your full name and order number.
 

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Complete

  • In resalable condition
     

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Age Verification Policy

Nine Edges Country takes its legal responsibilities regarding the sale of knives seriously.
 

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 years or over.

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • The products are intended only for lawful purposes.
     

We WILL request proof of age before dispatch.
 

Orders may be cancelled if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
 

Age verification will also be required by the courier upon delivery.
