Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within the timescales shown on the relevant product page.
 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
 

Products remain our property until payment has been received in full.
 

Deliveries containing bladed products may require:

  • Age verification

  • Proof of identity

  • Adult signature upon delivery
     

We reserve the right to refuse shipment where legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
 

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Complete

  • In resalable condition
     

Personalised products and custom-made knives may not be eligible for cancellation unless faulty.
 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Age Verification Policy

Nine Edges Country takes its legal responsibilities regarding the sale of knives seriously.
 

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 years or over.

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • The products are intended only for lawful purposes.
     

We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatch.
 

Orders may be cancelled if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
 

Age verification may also be required by the courier upon delivery.
